Terezie reached out to me with a request for a logo and menu design for her upcoming venture, Tessa Sushi Bistro, opened in the charming town of Hlucine in the Moravian-Silesian region of the Czech Republic. With her established sushi production business, Terezie aimed to expand by offering freshly prepared sushi in a delightful setting, complemented by quality coffee and cocktails. Specializing in Sushi cakes, she also envisioned renting her premises for various celebrations at the bistro.
Embracing Terezie's preference for minimalism, we incorporated a heart symbol and pastel pink color into the design. Together, we crafted a subtle yet playful logo inspired by the visual essence of different kinds of sushi, with soft pink colour. The design embodies playfulness and a quest for perfection within imperfection, mirroring the love and care put into Tessa's sushi, the visual identity, and the bistro's ambiance as a whole.
